See a problem in public space? Report it from there.
An overflowing bin, a dark street light, a pothole or a broken bench — just take a photo of the problem, AI recognises what it is and suggests the type, you confirm, and the case is on a public map. Neighbours add “Me too”, the responsible service says what it is doing, and the case closes only when people confirm it is fixed — not when someone says it is done.
Free, nothing to install — it runs in your phone’s browser. Reporting is phone-only, on the spot; on a computer you can view and share the map.
Not for emergencies. Gas, fire, injuries — call the emergency services now.
Take a photo. AI does the rest.
Reporting is three steps. AI suggests — you decide.
1 · Snap it
Stand at the problem and take a photo.
The report is pinned exactly where you take it — no address to type, no map to scroll.
2 · AI blurs and recognises
Faces, number plates and personal details are blurred.
Before the report is sent, AI hides what is private and recognises the problem — a pothole, a dark lamp, an overflowing bin.
3 · Confirm and send
Pick what AI saw, and send.
Add where exactly if it helps (“under the bridge, park side”). If AI cannot tell, choose the type yourself.
From report to fixed. In public.
Every case looks like this. Everything is public — from the first photo to the last confirmation.
-
Reported
A photo on the spot
A citizen. A photo taken in the app and a location accurate to 30 m. AI blurs faces, plates and personal details by itself and recognises the type of problem; the reporter picks what is in the photo. The case is on the map at once. Neighbours add “Me too” and say it is still there.
-
Acknowledged
The service answers
The responsible service. It acknowledges the case or schedules the work. The first service to act takes the case. If it reports nothing for 30 days, the case says so.
-
Reported as fixed
An after photo
The service or the reporter. With a photo from the same spot. That is a claim, not the end.
-
Fixed
People confirm it
People on the spot. The reporter confirms, or two people who joined the case — or nobody objects for 21 days. If the problem comes back within 60 days, the case reopens.
Potholes, dark streets, overflowing bins — anything in public space.
No hunting for the right category: take a photo, AI recognises what is in it and suggests the type — you just confirm. Before anything is sent, AI blurs faces, number plates and other personal details — nothing to hide by hand. No comments, no arguments: just the problem, the photo, the place — and, if it helps, a short note on where exactly.
Some of the areas we cover:
- Roads and road surface
- Street lighting and power
- Water supply and fountains
- Bins and waste collection
- Trees
- Parks, playgrounds and sport
- Works and excavations
- …and much more
Things, never people — no parking, no neighbours, no noise, no politics.
Three parties. Nobody decides alone.
Citizens
Report, join, confirm or dispute a fix.
A case only ever says “reporter” or “citizen” — never a name or an e-mail address.
Responsible service
The water utility, city services, the road authority.
The account is in the service’s name. It acknowledges, schedules, reports the fix with a photo. It cannot confirm its own fix.
Reviewer
A neutral person who keeps the map clean.
Looks at photos, settles disputes and removes what breaks the rules. Every ruling is public, with a reason, signed “Review” — never with a name.
Built so it can’t be gamed.
- Nobody closes a case alone.A fix is a claim with a photo. It counts once people on the spot confirm it, or 21 days pass with no objection.
- On the spot only.Reporting, confirming and disputing happen from a phone, with the location and a photo taken that moment — the report is pinned where the photo was taken. Not from a desk.
- A service doesn’t grade itself.Staff never confirm their own service’s fix — not even on a problem they reported themselves.
- New accounts don’t outvote. If you didn’t join a case, you weigh in only with an established account, on the spot. Two accounts from one phone lock the case until a reviewer looks.
- Misuse has consequences.A fake or offensive report brings a warning, then bans of 7 and 30 days, and in the end a permanent one. Honest mistakes bring nothing.
The problem is public. You are not.
A case shows what happened and on which day — not at what time. Who did what appears only as “reporter”, “citizen”, the service or “Review”. AI blurs faces and number plates before sending, and you can blur anything else with a tap. You sign in with an e-mail address — no name, no phone number.
You can report a bad photo to the reviewers, and anyone can send a takedown request, even without an account.
